Maria Elena owns the store where I buy baby gifts. She attended church for the first time when she offered to help us make Fanesca, the traditional Easter soup. She and her family have attended regularly since then. I told her story in an earlier blog entry.
Last Monday, Maria Elena prayed and asked Christ into her life!! Did you hear the angels rejoicing?
Pray that her husband, her four sons and her daughter also come to know Christ.
Just so, I tell you, there is joy before the angels of God over one sinner who repents. Luke 15:10 (ESV)
